Blocks of Valor Event
Quilts of Valor Foundation has named the traditional log cabin as their block of the year. On Veteran's Day weekend, stop by our sewing studio and sew a block for us. We will have fabric available, but would also love your donations of red, blue, and white/cream. Please consider gender neutral prints for donation. All blocks will be compiled into a quilt to gift to a service member or veteran. Together we can cover a service member touched by war with a comforting and healing quilt.
If you are unable to sew with us this weekend, we will accept your completed log cabin blocks. You can find the pattern here:
